PLSC 101: American Politics
Survey course about American government, politics and elections.
PLSC 224: Chicago Politics
Presents a systems model of the Chicago political environment. Includes discussion of Chicago's political environment, patterns of political participation, the actors and institutions of government, and contemporary policies and issues.
PLSC 390: Urban Politics
Study of political forces shaping urban America at the start of the 21st century. Focuses on change in politics, demography and socioeconomic environments of U.S. cities.
PLSC 410: Urban Politics
Graduate seminar outlining theoretical foundations and models of urban politics. Emphasizes contemporary approaches to studying urban politics from a political economy or regime perspective.
PLSC 506: State & Urban Policy Analysis
Explores current perspectives and techniques in the analysis of state and urban policies. Examines concepts and methods in policy analysis as a general field of inquiry.
