Mr. Bellagamba has had extensive business experience in the financial markets during his undergraduate period with Loyola.  He worked for the Northern Trust Company as a Tax Analyst Intern during his junior year where he prepared various tax products in compliance with GAAP.  He then worked for Merrill Lynch as a Financial Planning Intern where he assisted with implementation and marketing of new concentrated stock strategies.  He also assisted in the development of financial models and projections.  Following junior year, he worked as a summer analyst for Blaige & Company, an investment bank focused on the plastics, packaging, and chemical markets.  He developed complex financial models for analysis of potential investment opportunities for clients, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures with management teams, mezzanine debt investments, and private placements of debt and equity.  He then worked as an Analyst for New Trier Merchant Partners, LLC, a merchant bank focused on making equity and debt investments in middle-market companies across a wide range of industries.  He prepared analytical studies in evaluation of leveraged buyouts, private investments of debt and equity and M&A transactions, valuation analyses, investment return models, and securities structuring and capitalization.  He also prepared comparable company debt and equity analyses plus comparable merger and acquisition transaction analyses.  Most recently, he landed a full-time position with Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin as a Financial Analyst.  He prepares industry research, capital markets analyses for clients, pitch proposals, marketing materials for soliciting new business, and management presentations for road shows.  He performs full M&A valuation analyses including comparable trading and transaction multiples, DCF, multiple merger scenarios, and accretion/dilution analyses. 

Mr. Bellagamba is an ambitious and motivated individual with excellent analytical and quantitative skills.  He brings sound financial market experience to the Investment Banking & Financial Markets Club which in turn, creates an opportunity for members to learn a great deal from his experiences.
