G. Brian Seel

Senior Vice President

MBA 2nd Year

Mr. Seel is currently completing an MBA at Loyola University Chicago with a concentration in Finance and International Business. His areas of business focus are sales and trading, international corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as the macroeconomic ideas that make up the business of nations. In conjunction with his MBA, he completed a Certificate in Integrated Marketing at the University of Chicago in December 2007 and a Certificate in Business Ethics at Loyola in February 2008. Upon graduation from the MBA program he plans to pursue a Master of Science in Finance at Loyola, specializing in Risk Management, as well as a Master of Liberal Arts at the University of Chicago. He is conversant in Russian, a CFA Level I candidate, and has both US and EU work authorization.

Thus far in his career Mr. Seel has held several positions, accumulating experience in the real estate, agriculture and financial services industries. His current role is as an investment banking analyst at Renaissance Capital Group, Inc., a boutique investment bank specializing in sell-side mergers and acquisitions transactions. In his role at RCG, he participates in all aspects of sell-side mergers and acquisitions transactions, including performing research, valuations, interacting with C-Suite personnel and compiling confidential memorandums.

He feels that the connection of the various disciplines pursued is relevant and extremely valuable, and that the broad but defined approach will lend him both the skills necessary to achieve success and help satisfy his insatiable quest for knowledge.
