Mr. Guha is presently an MBA student specializing in Finance and Accounting.  He finished his undergraduate degree in Economics with minors in Statistics and Math from Fergusson College at Pune University which is located in India.  After completing his undergraduate degree, he worked for two years in Chicago as a Marketing & Research Associate with Saint James School of Medicine.  He has had excellent experience in the financial sector since the initiation of his MBA.  He completed a three month internship as a Financial Assistant with National Securities Corporation where he was introduced to the basics of individual portfolio analysis.  His following internship was with the Finance Department of Loyola University as a Budget Analyst.  He developed and implemented budgets for the university's business services including: conference services, purchasing, transportation, parking, dining, etcetera.  His next internship involved working as an Equity Analyst Intern with the financial boutique, Main Street Advisors. 

His primary focus is investment banking due its demanding characteristics, exceptional training programs, and exposure to almost all the core areas of business.  He has a  passion for M&A due to his analogous perception that he quotes, "what evolution is to Biology, M&A is to Finance."  He believes this is how companies adapt and stay competitive.  He is also driven to this field due to its quantitative nature.  He has the strong background in Mathematics that gives him a competitive edge in this field.
