    • Thursday, May 25, 2006 4:10 PM    From Jeff Gabuzda, Senior Vice President

    • My group is currently looking to hire a business student (preferably MBA) for a summer internship. I dont really have a job description so to speak but our two main business functions are:

      -Business Valuations
      -M&A advisory

The intern would assist in both. They would do a lot of financial modeling, assist in writing valuation reports, possible some pitch presentations, it really all depends on what type of projects we are working on at the time.

I'm not going to list off a bunch of things that he or she should be able to do, but financial modeling in excel is obviously a necessity.

The position is guaranteed 20 hours a week but if the workload permits and it should without a problem, they can work 40. It is obviously a paid position.

The internship has the possibility of turning into a full-time position.

Candidates should email their resume to me at jgabuzda@blackmankallick.com.
