MBA
1st Year
Mr. Clover is seeking a
financial internship within the
investment banking sector to help strengthen his ability in
acquiring a future financial career upon completion of his MBA
in May 2008. As a member of the Investment Banking &
Financial Markets Club, he looks forward to educating himself in
the areas of I-Banking and corporate finance, in particular.
Mr. Clover has performed his due diligence, has had many
discussions regarding the sector, and looks forward to
initiating his career.
He is interested in
corporate finance for mixed reasons. Largely however, he is
interested in it because it’s at the heart of a corporation. A
company can only go as far as its current value can take it. If
that company wants to expand, it must expand its financial
capital; he is interested in exploring the various options to go
about raising this capital and weighing them against each other
to in order to find the most profitable path.
He believes his
Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Loyola University
Chicago will help him perceive the decisions many science-driven
companies make in a more comprehensible way that others may have
trouble digesting due to a lack of scientific interpretation;
consequentially, he believes this is a great benefit to any
company or club in that the diversification of members’
strengths builds only the greatest companies and clubs.
