As
a recent graduate of LUC’s School of Law whose favorite course
was Securities Regulations, Ms. Morgan can contribute a unique
legal perspective to the IB & FMC. Her coursework focused
intensely on the text of the 1933 Securities Act and the 1934
Securities Exchange Act. She is familiar with the statutes,
cases and process, consequences of stock offerings, and looks
forward to increasing her knowledge of financial instruments
through participation in the Investment Banking & Financial
Markets Club.
