Konrad
Howdy everyone and welcome to my homepage devoted to Internet Marketing and SEO!

For my undergrad studies at Loyola I majored in Information Systems. For my MBA I'm either going to stay with I.S. or go for marketing. Since I work in the field of Internet Marketing, mainly Search Engine Optimization, I would love to major in Internet Marketing for my graduate studies, unfortunately no such program is yet offered.

When not studying or working, I'm always trying to put a little bit of time to update my Chicago SEO Services website and post some SEO related articles on my SEO Guide Blog. For those of you who never heard of SEO, it stands for Search Engine Optimization, which is basically a process of improving a given website's rankings in the search engines, such as Google and Yahoo.

One of the early examples of my SEO work is a Concrete Contractors website that I have developed from scratch several years back. It is pretty much a resource to bring concrete contractors and their prospective clients together. In a nutshell this website provides estimates on construction projects and pricing consulting for clients and contractors.

I really do hope that Loyola will soon decides to become a leader in New Media Academics and offer Internet Marketing degree, both on undergraduate and graduate levels. None of the major universities, at least to my knowledge, offers this type of degree yet. I understand that it is a relatively new field, but in my humble opinion it has been around for long enough to deserve consideration on the academic level.

There most definitely are enough topics to cover and different classes to offer to fill a complete curriculum. If the choice of classes was up to me, my first picks for core curriculum would include Organic SEO, Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Management - with focus on Google AdWords, MSN AdCenter, and Yahoo Marketing Solutions. Other must-have courses would include Email Marketing (Email Blasts), Affiliate Programs, Social Media Marketing, Video Marketing, to name just a few. Such a degree would also require some general Marketing and IT/Internet courses, such as (X)HTML, Web Design, and programming courses. Check the Webmaster Blog to learn more about SEO and PPC Campaign.

Websites and services recommended by me:

If you are looking for a video production company, I recommende looking into Indigo Productions, a New York Video Production company.

If you need your floors refinished or would like to install new ones, I recommend Hardwood Floors Chicago, a local flooring company.

If you're looking for Chicago Immigration Lawyers please visit the immigration attorneys' website that I have just developed. You can find it at www.chicagoimmigrationlawyers.net

I hope that Search Engine Optimization and other Internet Marketing activities will soon make it into Loyola's Curriculum. If you agree, or disagree, or otherwise would like to comment, please feel free to shoot me an email at kkocisz@luc.edu.
